Alfredo my agent was awesome and kept me informed thru out. My Daddy bought the 2007 Avalanche from you all right off the show room floor in 2007. It only has 81k miles and it just turned off, I needed help. My daddy passed away recently and I didn't want to lose my daddy's truck I was hoping it would all be OK.
