My visit was not typical, I took my car for air bag recall, however the car would not start my advisor a young Lady (Rosa) quickly took to charger started my car, explained my options.. she got me ride home and kept me updated frequently on the status of the work and estimated cost of a new battery.. Rosa's customer service and support to this unexpected issue, makes for a "A Really Good Feeling" moment.. Thanks, Rosa, Auto Nation, you did well. Juan Anzar
