Logan was an amazing service advisor. From the initial conversation through out the repair he communicated more than any advisor I have worked with at AutoNation. He was clear and honest about the diagnostic process and the backlog upfront which helped set expectations. Somehow the team was able to exceed the expectations and actually completed the repair quickly. Logan was also very patient working with the extended warranty company. The hold time tends to be excessive but he preserved through and fot everything covered. I highly recommend Logan and will only work with him going forward.
