I had an appointment and was greeted by Rosa right on time, in fact a little ahead of time. She was friendly and listened to what I needed. She was quick to get the paper work ready and signed me up for a ride home. She kept me informed of my car's progress and sent the shuttle driver to pick me up when it was finished. At one point she called about needing new windshield wipers, which I purchased. Car was washed and ready to go when I was dropped off. All in all a good experience. I hope to have many more.
