Rosa Nicastro is my service advisor and is a great example of a person to represent Chevrolet and AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead. She is knowledgeable and courteous. Always works with my schedule and always addresses my concerns with my Silverado. Can't say enough good things about my experience with her and the service at Arrowhead Chevy. Hire more like her! Highly recommend.
