Tahoe was in for oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wipers. I was a waiter. Took about 2.5 hours. My assigned service advisor was out ill. Rosa stepped in and took the order. She did a nice job keeping me informed on the progress of the work. Had to wait about 10 minutes for the service advisor to check in the car due to my service advisor going home ill. All went well with the service as well as a recommendation for future maintenance. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
