told the cost was to be $142, turned out to be $170. wasn't the agents fault just poor dealer policy. didn't feel warm and fuzzy but rather ripped off and taken advantage of. Then supposedly needed 3 more items for over $650 which I was able to get good quality high warranty items for $225 at a local vendor installed. dealer is only good for warranty work, having retired from the car business I was aware of the motivation and uncomfortable with the sincerity
