Before asking me what was wrong with my vehicle, I was asked if I was under warranty. My truck is a 2022 with 43k miles. I was out of warranty for bumper to bumper. I told the gentleman that I wasn���t sure, regardless I needed my vehicle fixed whether it was warranty or out of pocket. He then went into his area for 10 minutes to come back to tell me I wasn���t under warranty. Then I explained the issue and he told me it would be 2 days before someone could look at it. I received a phone call 2 days later and was told there were no loaner vehicles and there wouldn���t be any available for another month and my vehicle would be kept here for a week. I proceed with the repair quoted $763 and then received a call that my vehicle was ready about a week later. I went to pick up my truck and it was now $821 with no explanation of why the price increased. I paid the bill and waited for my truck for about 5 minutes and then they asked me if I wanted my truck washed. If the vehicle was ���ready��� why wouldn���t it have been washed and ready to go? Bad customer service, non transparent and seems like they were just after my money.
