I had to schedule 3 appointments to get the work done because I was not told I had to leave it overnight. The first time I arrived and was told the tech who had to check my charging system was not available and I had to leave it. The 2nd time I asked if the necessary person would be there and then was told when I arrived I had to leave it overnight to do a complete evaluation of my problem. So, the 3rd appoint was made first thing in the morning as I was going out of town, and then got a call later in the day that I could pick up my car! Also, every time I've brought the car in for service, I've had to find my service rep which always takes some time. No one greets me and gives me any direction. When I take my Toyota into the dealer, someone always greets me, asks my appointment time and with whom, and gets me quickly connected to my service rep, tells me how long it should take, and is there anything else they can help me with. Much better customer experience. Now I'm just waiting for the part, which no one can tell me when it will be in.
