Charles Moore was excellent. No exaggeration, I visited 6+ dealerships. Charles by far was the most polite, patient & accommodating. Unfortunately, I am at the Service Center days after purchase due to a factory defective seat latch. My dissatisfaction is not so much with the bent latch, but rather the engagement of the service team. I am days into this purchase of a brand new Suburban & they have zero urgency and lack knowledge or ability to communicate the process to get mended. Just wait a couple hours, or leave the car…
