Confirmed Service Customer
It was my first time at the dealership. I had an appointment, but the representative did not provide my Advisor. I waited in the car over 10 minutes for someone to come, but no one came. Another Advisor pass by me twice and didn’t offer any assistance. I saw Logan and asked him if he could help me, which he saw I had an appointment, but no Advisor listed. He end up helping me since he had time before his 2:15 pm appointment.
