We had a great experience with buying our new 2025 Chevy truck with Bonita Meedi. She showed us everything that was on the truck and stayed with us until after 10:00 pm. The problem that we had was when we were in finance that we mentioned we had GM rewards but he had started the paperwork and it was 10:00 at night, so he said, just talk to the manager tomorrow. We talked to Charlie the next day and he said, to come pick up a check the next day. We came and they said, no we have to submit it to GM for the rewards check and then we can get it. I called GM on the 10-12 and they hadn't heard from anyone. So, I drove back to the dealership with the lady from GM on the phone and handed the phone to Charlie!! She had gotten it done on her end and was waiting for Charlie to submit his portion. After several dozen phone calls and coming in 5 times, I finally got my check on 11-7 from Howard Thaler, who kept apologizing to me for the run around and miss information I was given. We have bought several vehicles from you and our Truck was around $70,000. It was shameful the way I was treated by your staff! Bonita tried to help me even on days she was off! She is by far the best person on your staff! Helpful, honest and did exactly what she said!..
