When I got an email advertising $59.95 full service oil change if you make your appointment on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday from 1:30-5:00 I jumped on it. But when I arrived, I had to explain the deal to the rep assigned to me. Okay, he said but when I went to pay, it was $93....and I asked about it. They had forgotten the deal and went through several iterations of taking $ off or taking % off to get close to $59.95. Ultimately, I paid $62...close enough. Outside of that the service and the service rep was fine. And a 10 to Mr Flatt for handling that situation.
